This album strikes me as being clean and well produced- there's no mix issues at all (abeit the "clinical" sound of it which is a matter of taste)
The choice of sounds are good, but it would be nice to see a little more "evolution" in the sounds over a period of time, such as filter effects etc. Use of samples is excellent, and takes me back to the days when dance music was more experimental. Drum programming whilst nothing new, is extremely competent and correctly balanced for dance music.
Arrangements are good (again, late-1980s-early-1990s along the lines of Adamski, Baby Ford, Black Box, that sort of thing) . In particular the basslines are worthy of mention.
I would advise a vinyl release of this as it has potentially much to offer DJS - remember that fashion in dance changes so quick that there's bound to be a niche open up for this soert of track at some time.
