Coole chillige Songs mit viel Gitarre. Erinnert mich an The Album Leaf oder Piano Magic ohne Gesang. Wenn das die Songs aus der Mülltonne sind, dann bin ich gespannt auf die, die nicht in der Tonne gelandet sind.
Ich hatte das Album schon vor einiger Zeit runtergeladen, es in meine iTunes-Bibliothek geschoben - und nie angehört. Dann dachte ich irgendwann: "Trashcan? Seltsamer Name. Nee, keine Lust. Wer weiss, was das ist..." Bis ich heute Morgen mit meinem iPod zufällig per Shuffle auf das Album kam und beim dritten Titel verzückt nachschauen musste, was ich da eigentlich höre. Und siehe da: Die Electric Trashcan E.P. wars!
Wie kann man das Werk beschreiben? Ich versuchs mal so: Wer die Instrumentals aus dem Film "Elizabethtown" kennt und mag wird diese Musik lieben! Sollte ich jemals einen Film drehen müssen, würde ich diesen Künstler definitiv als Komponisten für die Filmmusik anfragen. Wirklich großartig! Ich muss mir dringend noch mehr von ihm anhören...
Cool people make me tired too. That's when my ears pricked up, but again there is something missing for me. Perhaps it's too smoothly done for my current mood. A rose by any other name perhaps applies. Makes me think of hill-billies.
A great listening album, if you check it out, very melodic, catchy beats with good rhythmic feel to it, a nice indie sound as well. Has a very good feel and flow to the music. Like an ocean ebe and flowing back and forth, in tune to the music, you listen and you feel yourself, submerge into the beauty of this musical, magical, awakening album.
C'est parfaitement superbe ! Du cristal ! Je retrouve dans cet album des ambiances sorties tout droit de la BO de "Lost in translation". Je préfère le premier album que Williamson a mis à disposition sur Jamendo, mais celui ci est de toutes façon tout aussi superbe et ce n'est qu'une question d'état d'esprit. Je trouve cet opus un peu plus sombre que le précédent, et ce n'est pas plus mal, car ainsi en fonction de l'humeur ou peu choisir son ambiance.

Very Good music.Coming as if from the deep of the bottom of the distant ocean.Wherever have many colored amazing fishs.But for me the album is many trippy not downtempo.Stay cool and happy.
