Fresh sounds with some reggae-like sloppiness that I enjoy. Not as great as Medeski, Martin & Wood's Friday Afternoon in the Universe (because that's perfection) but just as fresh.
Very good as a selfmade album, shows talent but a bit more of polishing would be good.
My faves:
- Robin hood lanes (great groove)
- Alterama
- To Ribbons (I like the electronic sounds, my favourite)
- Goodnight candlelight - Good classic song to end the album.
Irregular at times but enjoyable.
