This is complex sound-art. Instrumental tracks are mixed with lots of different sounds and noises. Instruments are partly played in an unusual way. It might sound strange at the beginning, but if you open your mind and take some time to listen, this can be very interesting. It has rhythm and very complex melodic elements.
